I honestly hate that the members on the board skip hop and jump around the actual crime. They don't even want to say the words!! WHY?? Why should there be any bit of political politeness? Even just the sheer thought that not addressing it makes the prisoner more comfortable, is disturbing. These people have screwed up the mind of children who never asked for this, and even wanting to parole out is insulting towards the victims that have NO CHOICE to bare the burden of his offense for the rest of their lives. S*x offences should never be allowed consideration for parole. And actually should never get less than life behind bars.

The poor victim, not only was she victimized for years by this creep, but now at 16, a very vulnerable time in her development, is forced to relive this trauma all over again, at the very time when she should be able to be prioritize her healing as she comes into adulthood. So incredibly selfish of the predator, and to me shows zero remorse. Also it sounded it like he wasn't even actually listening to the hearing, like he had it muted, he didnt respond until addressed a number a times everytime they spoke to him. Another display of his lack of remorse.

Oh my God. This is so hard to look at. The comments from her sons is heartbreaking. I don't always get upset enough to openly cry when I look at these parole hearings. But this has hit me hard. I hope that her son's live their lives as best as they can, especially with the horrendous memory that young man has as a nightly routine. I hope that he never gets out. He doesn't deserve any freedom.

Hello I think the family needs to show more concern about the victims of the father not about them missing him , If I was his ex partner or any member of the public I would not want him anywhere near my life . I think when he gets out , it’s not going to long before someone is harmed, I just hope no one is harmed permanently.

So the mother has not only enabled him, but she’s actively assisted him. She was a co-conspirator when she and he stole items from the victim’s apartment and loaded them into mama’s car. Since the victim was present, it was actually robbery, not theft. All for spending the money that was in his bank account before he got locked up and supposedly for her having an undocumented immigrant around their child. I guess it didn’t matter to him or his mother that he wouldn’t have been paying child support during the 9 months he was incarcerated. Just because she had married doesn’t mean his obligation to contribute to the support of their child ended. $1700 in nine months works out to only $189 a month - chicken feed in supporting a child, regardless of age.

As a survivor of abuse, we don't know these survivor services happen either because they didn't offer them nor tell me they existed... So my question is, where does all that money GO ???? HMMMMM😢

I made a silly comment about Mrs Ranatza's accent but just deleted it when I heard about what he did to that poor child. I have no words.

No doubt this man is capable and able to accomplish things but it doesn't change what he's done. I personally believe it was this untarnished image and reputation he wanted to preserve and why he k!lled his wife. He also lied and said she ran off with a man to justify him marrying the woman he was having an affair with. These are the worst kinds of people to run into. Highly manipulative, has many faces and will have the support of the church, community, law enforcement, family and have the victim/abused looking like the bad guy.

As if its not worth the gov. spending or effort, & doesnt "pay back" as much to the city, to worry about crimes that only affect the kids future. ( Cos its too far in the future to help with the d.a's , judges jobs etc, or affect their lives at all ) 😶
